M-Baby's Mess!

Well, he tried his first mashed potatoes (mixed w/ carrots) last week, and this was the result! He sure loves 'em. He had fun for awhile, until he rubbed his eyes...he had to have an immediate bath! Eeks. Poor baby!!

So blessed!

Yay!!! Life is really treating us well these days. Thank you Lord, our little family is so blessed. Things have been really going my way, and I am soooo grateful for it. It is hard to take a moment and give thanks sometimes, when life keeps you so super busy. My goal is to try and be more positive, and be thankful for all the wonderful people I am lucky enough to have in my life. Love to all our family and friends, and thank you for always being there for us :) I really am so appreciative. Okay, don't want to sound to sappy, but I am being genuine here. That is all for now. Exactly what I envisioned.

Boys are sick :(

The boys are sick right now with a cold (M-Dad & M-Baby) and I am crossin my fingers that I don't get sick too!! Yucky. Let me tell you, when babies are sick, it sucks! All you can do is try to help them stay as comfortable as possible. There are a number of things, including sucking the mucus out with the boogie sucker, give them a little tylenol, turn on the humidifier, put some vicks baby vapo rub on their chest, and just be there for them. You think being sick is tough, try being a baby! Thank goodness we don't have memories that go back that far. Anyway, I feel so bad when my baby boy gets sick. I am praying this passes sooner than later. Pic of the day: M-Baby waking up from a nap. So cute!!!

Update

Well, last week was M-kid's first Easter. We were up in NorCal visiting the fam. Fun times, good to see everyone and visit P-town. Weather was nice the first day, rained the second. But nice nonetheless. Just been working, living since then. Yesterday, I got a BAD haircut. Today, I went to get it fixed. Happy with it now. Short :) But cute and feels so good. Oh well, in the process of getting the pictures up to date on the photosite. Taking awhile though. M-kid started crawling recently, and is everywhere now!!!!! All over the place! We have been childproofing everything. He is also teething, esp. at night. Gotta grow those teeth, but poooor baby! Last couple nights have been more difficult than usual. Well, I wanted to write more, but baby boy needs his Mommy now. More later. Here is a pic of him crawlin.

Our First Blog

It is Sunday Morning, April 9, 2006. We are just getting ready to go to Church, here in Glendale. Our typical Sunday morning routine, including waking up early with M-kid, breakfast (yummy banana pancakes, eggs, and bacon made by M-dad), and Church. M-kid is taking his late morning nap...Here is a recent pic of M-kid during his evening bath w/ Mohawk air (Mommy's fault!). We all look forward to and love spending time together on the weekends!
